Groupings: This task involves collecting players’ names for each Wednesday’s game, setting up groupings to maximize the variety of who is playing with whom, and communicating the groupings for posting on the website and with the pro shop.
Results: Calculating results and winnings and calculating the Playtex Standings.
WebMaster: Posting groupings and results as well as other items to the website.
Recruiter and New Player Liaison: Designing and distributing posters advertising our league both in the park and in the community, welcoming and assisting new players who are thinking of joining the league.
Games within the game: Closest to the Pin, Closest to the Line, Skins, etc.
Social events: Organizing events such as opening and closing gatherings, games away when the course is not available, and possibly monthly get-togethers.
Photographer: Capture moments from our league to be posted on the website photo gallery.
Any other task that might improve and benefit our league and members.
